ElevenMR utilizes both an internal proprietary sample management and supplier aggregation platform, as well as a state-of-the-art external quality control software. These can be integrated seamlessly behind the scenes into all survey traffic and serve as the “Command Center” to employ the below features to help deliver the highest data quality for our clients.

• Respondent traffic “on/off” control

• Real-time project status monitoring (overall and by individual suppliers)

• Ability to quickly add/remove suppliers in-field

• Real-time monitoring of all project metrics, including, incidence, drop-outs, LOI and quality terms

• Ability to route respondents to surveys based on qualifying criteria

The ElevenMR platform can incorporate an unlimited number of sample suppliers on any project, so we are able to maximize project feasibility and monitor quality at the supplier level. Our clients appreciate that ElevenMR provides a single point of contact on their projects, as our PMs manage all of the partners on their behalf. We do the heavy lifting so our clients can focus on other activities besides data collection.
